Important information for your holiday
PRICE INFORMATION
The studio prices are for the specified number of persons or per studio and day incl. 10% VAT, excluding local tax and without short stay surcharge. Plus final cleaning / rubbish charge per studio EUR 63,-. No reduction for children!
LOCAL TAX
The local tax is € 4,- per person/night. Children and teenagers under 15 years do not pay local tax.
SHORT STAY
Winter (01.12. - 30.04.) - for bookings up to 4 days we charge a short stay surcharge of 10%.
FINAL CLEANING
Final cleaning / rubbish charge EUR 63,- per studio
ONLINE CHECK-IN | ARRIVAL | CHECK-IN
We kindly ask you to do the ONLINE CHECK-IN before your arrival to make your check-in on site more pleasant and uncomplicated.
Check-in from 4.00 pm (for arrivals after 6.00 pm, please notify us by telephone)
DEPARTURE | CHECK-OUT
Check-Out until 9.00 am
SERVICES INCLUDED
WLAN, hairdryer, bed linen, crockery and towels, 2 coffee taps for the first morning, a free car parking space or a free car garage parking space (garage parking subject to availability), in-house ski room with boot dryer, lockable and video-monitored bike storage room, washing facilities for bikes right next door, bike assembly stand and repair tools. There is also a safe in the studio.
W-LAN
We offer our guests free W-LAN.
BREAD SERVICE (only in winter)
On request, we offer our studio guests a daily fresh bread roll service for an extra charge. It is possible to book the breakfast buffet at Heiner's. Due to limited capacity,pre-booking is essential.
WASHING AND DRYING FACILITIES
Washing facilities for bike clothing / laundry € 4,- per wash cycle for washing machine incl. dryer without detergent. Washing pods are available on request for a fee.
PETS
Pets are not allowed in the GIGGI Tenne Studios.
SMOKING
All our studios are NON-SMOKING studios.
PAYMENT
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due upon booking
The remaining amount is to be paid 14 days before arrival by bank transfer. The local tax and additional services will be charged on site and must be paid the evening before departure at the GIGGI Tenne restaurant. We accept cash, EC and credit cards (Visa | Mastercard).

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Our general terms and conditions and cancellation conditions apply in accordance with the Austrian hotel regulations.
CANCELLATION TERMS October - April: - up to 31 days before the day of arrival free of charge - from 30 days before the day of arrival 70% of the total price of the stay - from 14 days before the day of arrival 90% of the total price of the stay - in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure 100% of the total price of the stay - deposit: 50% after completion of the booking -
CANCELLATION TERMS June - September: - up to 8 days before the day of arrival free of charge - from 7 days before the day of arrival 90% of the total price of the stay - in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure 100% of the total price of the stay - deposit: 50% after completion of the booking -
